Challenge 222: AT THE BEACH

Taking some time to relax, or crawling out of the water after a shipwreck? Stopping by the lake for a quick swim after work, or spending a week alone at the seaside? Making a quick stop at port to take on more supplies, or leaving on your very first sea voyage? There’s a lot of reasons someone might visit the beach, some far more pleasant than others. What brings your characters to the beach? Do they enjoy it? Hate it? Is it a special treat, or a thing they’d really rather avoid? Write a story about the beach. BONUS GOAL: Sharks If your submission features sharks, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!
