Challenge 007: TRAVEL PLANS

Planning to travel or take a trip varies a lot by who's doing the work! Some people enjoy it immensely, to the point where it's almost as much fun as the destination itself, and some people are adverse to the mundane part, preferring spontaneity. Whatever the reaction, however detailed they are, most travel requires some kind of organization prior to leaving. Write a story where someone is making, or has made, travel plans and how they affect their travel/the trip. BONUS GOAL: Round The Clock If your submission contains an event happening that is time-sensitive, that entry will earn an extra point to be tallied during voting!
