Aw, this was sweet! And I remembered enough from when I used to study French that I only needed to peek at the translation for "reconnaissant" (which in my defense I was able to recognize that it's related to reconnaissance, it's just that the adj vs. verb meanings are a bit different). Emily and Gabriel are so cute together! And I googled tarte Tatin and it sounds amazing, so I'm sure it will be a hit no matter who Emily shares it with!
