Challenge 109: FRIENDS’ NIGHT

Girls’ night in? Boys’ night out? Friends of indeterminate gender’s weekend brunch? Whatever your preferred configuration, this event is an opportunity for friends to get together, hang out, and decompress, in any form they prefer. Do your characters have time to relax with their friends? Maybe they schedule it regularly, or it only happens once in a while. Did they meet at some form of Friends’ Night (or other such gathering)? Or do they think the whole idea is silly, because they already spend plenty of time with their friends and they don’t need specifically scheduled events? Write a story about a friends’ night (or similar gathering). BONUS GOAL: And A Nice Glass of Wine If your story includes alcohol (in any form), it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!
