Challenge 292: DAYDREAMING

It’s a lovely, sunny day, with a light breeze and no one else in sight. You’re free to let your mind wander, building imaginary castles in the air and playing out epic battles, plotting out the next chapter of your novel, mapping out a journey you might or might not take - Wait, is someone calling your name? Daydreaming can be a fun way to pass the time, but sometimes it comes with a price! If you’re daydreaming, you’re not paying attention to whatever else you’re doing – and sometimes that can be a big problem. Do your characters daydream? What do they daydream about? Do they miss anything important while they’re doing it? Write a story about daydreaming. BONUS GOAL: Gentle Breezes If your submission features the wind, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!
