Challenge 017: ALTERED STATE

Whether drugs, alcohol, and any number of magical or mystical effects, altering a person's state of mind through any means toes a thin line between free will and controlling the mind. Can a person be held accountable when they're not in their right mind? What about any information they have... can it be trusted? Is there a difference between self-inflicted impairment or that done by others? BONUS GOAL: The Game's Afoot If your submission has instances of characters playing some kind of game, that entry will earn an extra point to be tallied during voting!
