Some protagonists—hero or villain—are willing to act outside the law, bend the rules, or outright commit crimes to achieve their aims, and no matter how good they are at their jobs, there’s always the risk that someone will find out. Write a story where someone gets caught committing a crime, or otherwise doing something they shouldn’t. BONUS GOAL: Red Marks the Spot If your story features the color red, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!

By which it's to say, I know it's the holidays, but I want to confirm that we're getting the extra week to write.

Yep, the 30th! The next two challenges will be in two-week increments--partly because I have commitments that mean I may not be online to put up the voting/results posts, and partly because several people had mentioned wanting a little more time due to holiday/end-of-semester busyness making it hard to write. We'll be back to the regular 1-week schedule in January.
