[#112 | Autumn Rain] Challenge Post
Challenge 112: AUTUMN RAIN |
Autumn rain can be one of the clearest signs that the seasons are changing. Unlike spring and summer’s thunderstorms, autumn rain is often gentler, bringing cool mist instead of lightning and thunder – but it turns the air cold, covering things in frost and even ice as winter draws closer. Some people love cool autumn evenings, with gentle rain falling outside and a cup of hot tea; other people would prefer a nice sunny day! How do your characters feel about it? Do they look forward to rainy autumn days, or does waking up to cold damp weather ruin their day? Write a story about autumn rain. If your characters find themselves without an umbrella, your story will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting! |
Challenge ends Monday, October 25 at 9:00PM EST. • Post submissions as new entries using the template in the profile • Tag this week's entries as: [#] submission, 112 – autumn rain • If you have questions about this challenge, please ask them here |
