[#182 | Investigation] Challenge Post

Challenge 182:
INVESTIGATION
Who doesn’t love a good mystery? Whether it’s as simple as a disappearing lunchbox, or as complex as a series of murders, mysteries practically beg to be solved. And to do that, you need to investigate. Are there any clues? What happened? Who was involved? What might happen, if the mystery isn’t solved in time?

Investigations can be fun, but they aren’t always easy. Sometimes there’s no clear answers. Sometimes there are clear answers, but they point in a direction the investigator would rather they didn’t. Other times, the investigation points at someone innocent, and a simple-seeming mistake can have horrible costs.

Are your characters the investigators, or the ones being investigated? What do they think about it? Does it go well, or poorly?
