[#221 | Persistence] Challenge Post
Challenge 221: PERSISTENCE |
Sometimes it’s not easy to keep trying. Maybe your characters have been trying to do something for a long, long time, and now they’re exhausted. Maybe it hasn’t taken that long, but every time they get past one roadblock another one pops up. Maybe whatever they’re trying to do might just be impossible – no one’s worked on it long enough to find out yet. Whatever the case, the only way they’re going to get it done is if they’re persistent! How do your characters feel about that? Does it come naturally, or do they hate every minute of it? Do they want to give up, or insist they have to keep going? Write a story about persistence. If your submission features this line, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting! |
Challenge ends Monday, June 3 at 9:00PM EST. • Post submissions as new entries using the template in the profile • Tag this week's entries as: [#] submission, 221 – persistence • If you have questions about this challenge, please ask them here |
