Challenge 053: SILENCE

n. the absence of sound or noise Silence can mean a lot of things. It can be soothing after a busy day, or a relief after something horrible has happened. It can also be chilling, a sign that things are not as they seem or a warning of something worse to come. Some characters desperately seek out silence wherever they can get it; others need noise and find silence akin to torture. Write a story about silence. BONUS GOAL: “Nothing to say?” If your story includes this line, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!
