What’s a mini-amnesty?

Oops, my apologies - usually I try to define that in the post! We basically do a mini-amnesty whenever we don't have enough fills to hold a voting round, so if people had started to write a fill and didn't finish it, they can post it anytime over the Tuesday-Wednesday time slot.
