Maybe it was a plan that your characters only agreed to because all of the other options were worse. Maybe the plan was supposed to fail as part of a larger plan, or maybe it wasn’t supposed to but everybody expected it to fail anyway. Maybe it was literally, physically impossible.

But it worked! Now what?
