Challenge 029: GHOSTS

Who doesn’t love a good ghost story? (Besides the characters involved in them!) But people deal with ghosts in more ways than one; they can be anything from literal spirits of the dead to memories that haunt someone long after they should. Write a story about a character experiencing and/or dealing with their “ghosts”, be they literal or metaphorical. BONUS GOAL: Bats in the Belfry If your story includes a bat (or a canon equivalent), it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!
