Challenge 152:
HONESTY
Sometimes, you have to tell the truth.

There are times where some people might say it’s better to tell a lie, or not say anything at all – maybe to keep a secret, or maybe spare someone’s feelings, or to protect yourself or someone else from a potential consequence. But that’s not what happens here. For whatever reason, someone chooses to be completely honest.

Is this a good idea? A bad idea? How does it work out for them? Are there consequences, from a secret coming out or from someone’s feelings being hurt.

Write a story about honesty.

BONUS GOAL: “You make decisions, you have to live with the consequences.”

If your submission includes this line, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!

Challenge ends Monday, October 3 at 9:00PM EST.
