Challenge 200:
DUCT TAPE
Congratulations, everybody, on reaching 200 prompts! This week’s prompt was suggested by [personal profile] redthedragon.

They say duct tape can fix anything: cars, spaceships, houses. In an emergency, it may not be everything you need, but it’ll get you pretty close, as long as you have enough of it. But sometimes fixing things isn’t as easy as just patching them back together. Duct tape won’t hold things forever, and no matter how good it is there are some things it can’t repair.

So what do your characters do when they see a problem? Do they break out the duct tape, or the in-universe equivalent?

Write a story about duct tape.

BONUS GOAL: Primary Colors

If your submission includes references to primary colors (red/blue/yellow), it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!

Challenge ends Monday, November 13 at 9:00PM EST.
