Challenge 004: LAST TO KNOW

Everyone, at some point in their lives, has been in the dark when everyone else seems to be "in the know". Sometimes this is an oversight, a coincidence, and sometimes this it's the deliberate intention of the people around them. This might be for the intention of protecting another, or for malicious purposes... but whatever the reason, it can be an ignorance is bliss scenario, or it could lead to some very bad choices. This week's theme prompt and bonus goal are courtesy of texelations and iceyly, respectively! BONUS GOAL: "I was eighteen and foolish."
