Challenge 101:
NOBILITY
n. the quality or state of being noble in character, quality, or rank; the body of persons forming the noble class in a country or state

So what do your characters think of nobility? Maybe they’re members of the noble class (in canon or in an alternate universe), dealing with all the potential trials and drama that come along with that. Maybe they’re specifically not members of that class, and have strong opinions about people who are.

Or maybe you’d like to focus more on the character quality rather than social class. What does it really mean to be noble? Do your characters aspire to it, or dismiss it as impractical or ridiculous? Could they be described as noble, or the exact opposite?

Write a story about nobility.

BONUS GOAL: Sparkling Like Diamonds

If your story includes diamonds (in any form or context, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!

Challenge ends Monday, July 26 at 9:00PM EST.
