Challenge 205:
PROCRASTINATION
You knew when it needed to be done. You had every intention of doing it on time. Maybe you even really wanted to do it! But somehow it just kept getting put off for later, and later, and now the deadline is rapidly approaching – or worse, the deadline has already passed.

Procrastination happens to all of us eventually, sometimes on small things, sometimes on big ones. It stands to reason it would happen to characters, too! So do your characters procrastinate? What do they procrastinate about? Important things? Small things that snowball more than they expected? How do they deal with it? Do they get things done at the deadline, or miss it?

Write a story about procrastination.

BONUS GOAL: “That was today?”

If your submission includes this line, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!

Challenge ends Monday, January 15 at 9:00PM EST.
• Post submissions as new entries using the template in the profile
