Challenge 036:
CAUGHT RED-HANDED

found in the act of committing a crime or misdeed

Some protagonists do their best to work within the law to achieve their goals, but many do not! Some protagonists—hero or villain—are willing to act outside the law, bend the rules, or outright commit crimes to achieve their aims, and no matter how good they are at their jobs, there’s always the risk that someone will find out.

Write a story where someone gets caught committing a crime, or otherwise doing something they shouldn’t.

BONUS GOAL: Red Marks the Spot

If your story features the color red, it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!

Challenge ends Monday, December 30 at 9:00PM EST
