Challenge 041:
RESURRECTION

A resurrection can dramatically alter the course of a story, no matter who it is or how it happens. Is the antagonist back from the dead, just when our protagonists thought they were safe? Or has the hero returned to turn the tide, just when all hope seemed lost? Even less obvious resurrections can have the same effect; the tech genius who brings the spaceship engines back online can save the day just as much as the hero who returns from the dead.

Write a story where someone is resurrected, literally or figuratively.

BONUS GOAL: Taking Flight

If your story includes characters flying (in a plane/spaceship, because they have wings, etc.) it will earn an extra point to be tallied in voting!
