SIBLINGS

Best friends? Worst enemies? Close, but not that close? Barely talking, but still love each other? Having siblings can be complicated. Many people grow up close to their siblings, but not everyone! Sometimes there’s an age gap that makes it harder to bond, or wildly contrasting personalities, or difficult family dynamics. And even when you get along, nobody quite knows how to push your buttons like a sibling. At the same time, siblings can be some of your very first and closest friends – after all, nobody knows you like the person you literally grew up with.

Do your characters have siblings? What’s their relationship like? Are they close? Good friends? Or are they more distant, maybe even enemies? Do they work together, or avoid each other? Would they protect each other, or protect other people from each other?

Write a story about siblings.

BONUS GOAL: “You can’t hide anything from me.”
